Support Plus Personal Care was founded with a clear purpose: to bring compassionate, high-quality home care to families across Southeast Wisconsin and to do it in a way that reflects the diversity, values, and lived experiences of the communities we serve.

As a minority female-owned business, we understand firsthand what it means to navigate a healthcare system that doesn't always feel built for everyone. That understanding drives everything we do from how we hire, to how we train, to how we show up for every client and family we work with.

We are Medicaid-certified and proudly serve 20+ communities across Southeast Wisconsin from Milwaukee and Mequon to Racine, Kenosha, and beyond. Our team of certified Personal Care Workers brings not just professional training, but genuine care and cultural sensitivity to every home we enter.

Support Plus Personal Care is an independent Medicaid-certified home-care provider, not a government agency. The applicable government program determines eligibility, covered services, and service authorization. Support Plus does not determine government-benefit eligibility or submit benefit applications on behalf of the public.
